Our signature Power Hour is designed to turn you into the all round, every day athlete. An advanced workout that also has 3 tiers of modifications so all levels can experience the flow.

Our Discovery Session offers a comprehensive approach to helping you achieve your fitness goals. We start with a movement assessment to get an idea of how you breathe, move and where your strengths and imbalances lie. We'll take a look at your history, previous injuries and any limitations to see where you're currently at. We'll also dive deep into your goals and aspirations so that we can guide you to where you want to be. Together we'll build a healthier, happier version of you.

Meet Rhys
Co-Owner
From a young age, Rhys was interested in a variety of sports, but he excelled in baseball and skateboarding. However, in recent years, his focus has shifted to weight lifting, yoga, meditation, and animal flow. Rhys has been practicing yoga and meditation since he was 12 years old, and he even participated in a 10-day silent meditation retreat in India. Nowadays, Rhys meditates for over an hour every day and considers it to be the foundation of his wellness routine. His passion for mental and physical wellbeing and human connection inspired him to open a wellness studio with the goal of helping people discover and pursue their own definition of success. Rhys hopes to create a community of like-minded individuals who can work collectively to support each other in their growth.
Meet Marko
Co-Owner
Marko is a dedicated individual, with an immense passion for helping people achieve their best selves, connecting the mind and body. With his extensive background in soccer and 5 years of CrossFit, he has a deep understanding of physical fitness. He is certified in the Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage, and the Buteyko Method, showing his commitment and knowledge to health and wellness. Additionally, his training in animal flow gives him a unique perspective on exercise and movement. Marko truly embodies the idea of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, one breath at a time.
